Each apartment will come with high speed internet access which will be connected directly to the on line web interface of the development where the client can order food, book ski lessons, excursions, room service. The web interface will also be accessible from the clients home as well to allow pre booking of food to fill the fridge, maybe use of the maid service to make the beds, clean the apartment prior to arrival and many other services.

All apartments will work on keyless access; a simple monitoring of access of the rooms will be made available to the client on request to ensure security and peace of mind when the client is not at the resort. Windows will be triple glazed to EU standards; insulation to all walls will also be to EU standards together with noise insulation.

There will be three levels of option packs available to finish out the apartments to different levels of quality; the packs include kitchen, lounge, dining room areas, and bedroom packages.

Underground there will be private sauna and plunge pool facilities for each apartment block, managed by the developer and included in the management fee. Also there will be underground car parking available together with ski storage and personal storage areas available on a first come first served basis.

There is a natural stream running through the site which will be preserved to enhance the relaxing feeling of the resort. The resortis going to focus on the clients requirements for relaxation whilst delivering top class service and amenities. The developer wants his clients to forget about the everyday worries once they enter the resort so all services will be delivered on a no cash basis - everything is to be managed via a state of the art billing system which is used via onsite card system (this can also be viewed via the web interface).

Building has commenced with completion for Blocks 7, 8 & 9 on schedule for September 2009.
