Beli Iskar – Borovets area is by far the most picturesque and exclusive ski resort in Bulgaria. The Apartments

The development consists of a mixture of studios, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, each with an open plan living and kitchen area. Most apartments come with a balcony.

Installations - All apartments have an electricity and water meter installed. The bathroom and kitchens are fully fitted with hot and cold water and ventilation / extractor fans. Radiators are fitted in each apartment and all standard electrical fittings will be included. All apartments will come fitted with Internet access, telephone line and cable TV socket.

Maintenance

All maintenance of common areas is taken care of by way of an obligatory maintenance fee and contract which applies to all apartments. The cost of this is 6 Euros per square meter for each apartment per year.

This fee covers:

  • Electricity and water bills for the shared parts of the building
  • Maintenance and cleaning of the shared parts
  • 24 hour security and porter
  • Maintenance of outside grounds and parking area.

Management

The optional management scheme is operated by the Developer who have an on-site office, so your apartment will be looked after 24 hours a day.

Services offered include:

  • Renting the individual apartment to tour operators and directly to holiday makers
  • Regular cleaning and changing bed sheets and towels etc.
  • Arranging welcome packs for tenants
  • Paying utility bills on behalf of owners
  • Paying local municipality and income tax on owners behalf

Rental

The Rental Management team is negotiating inclusion in UK and European Tour Operators brochures, allowing the Developer to offer you an optional 6% rental guarantee over 2 years, with renewable Agreements. In return for the 6% payment to you, which is guaranteed, your apartment is leased to the Developer for 32 weeks per annum to cover the maximum opportunity to let. Full property management is included in the deal.
